[Add-on] Shipping Insurance

If you do not purchase shipping insurance, and your package is lost due to the carrier's handling, once the package is lost, it is lost as it is out of my control once I drop it off at the post office.

Examples of situations that will be compensated outside of insurance due to MY negligence:
* I mailed to an address different from what you filled out in the form
* I shipped the wrong items

Examples of situations that will NOT be compensated:
* You filled out the wrong address, and I shipped to the exact address specified on the order.
* You didn't receive your package, but tracking marked it as "delivered". The shipping label was purchased for the correct address. (In this case, it is hard to argue the case because if you try to dispute it with the carrier, they will just tell you the system says it is delivered, and they won't do anything to try to locate it as it would be difficult to do so.)
