FAQs

Do you ship world wide?
I ship everywhere except any EU countries which have environmental packaging laws that require me to pay annual registration fees to some entity. Because there is no option to enable all countries by default and simply disable the countries I don't want to ship to, I have to manually add each country. If shipping is not available to your country, it is because I have never received an order from there before. I can enable shipping to your country if you message me.

How much is shipping?
Shipping varies depending on your address and the products which you purchase. You will be presented with the calculated shipping costs at checkout.

When will I receive my order?
Orders containing ONLY in-stock items are typically sent out within a week. You will receive a tracking number via email once the shipping label is purchased.

If you purchased only flat mail items (such as stickers) without purchasing additional tracked shipping, there is no tracking number because the items will be sent out via stamped letter mail.

Domestic orders with tracking take an average of 1 week from the ship date. International orders vary and can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on your country.

**During periods of high volume orders such as recent shop updates, order processing time may take longer than a week.

Pre-orders have the estimated processing time listed in the item description.

What does pre-order mean?
A pre-order means that the product is not readily available in stock. Listings marked as "pre-order" are used to collect funds for manufacturing the product. The estimated production time is listed in the description and is the estimate from the date of pre-orders closing. I have not submitted any orders to the factory before the closing date.
If the product fails funding, all pre-order items will be refunded.
I do not accept cancellations for pre-order items. Please do not order if you are not willing to wait several months or more to receive the product.

What is the difference between standard grade and B grade?
Standard grade products have passed quality inspection are the "standard" for what would be sold as a product without any major defects.
B grade items have noticeable defects and are sold at a discounted price.

What payment types are accepted?
I accept PayPal and credit card. If you do not have a PayPal account, you must proceed to checkout via PayPal and "checkout as a guest". The screen will then prompt you for your credit card info.

Can you mark my parcel as a "gift" so that I can avoid customs fees?
No. That is illegal and considered mail fraud. If customs determines that the parcel is actually not a gift, the person that gets in trouble is not you but me.

The package has arrived in my country, and there is a large tax/fee I need to pay.
Foreign purchases are often subject to import taxes/ customs fees. These fees are implemented by your country's government. I am not knowledgable on the fees/ tax rates of each country, and I am not responsible for any fees that your government asks you to pay. Any packages that are returned to me because you did not pay the required fees are not subject to any shipping refunds.

I was emailed a tracking number, but it says the package is still in pre-shipment state. The status has not updated for days.
Tracking numbers are emailed at the time that I purchase shipping labels online and NOT at the time that I drop them off at the post office. If your tracking number has not updated from "pre-shipment" for longer than 2 weeks without notice of delays from me, you can feel free to reach out.

I cannot add a product to my cart. How can I buy it?
If the product is labeled as "Coming Soon", you cannot purchase it yet as it is not for sale. "Coming soon" means it is not available, and the listing is just for preview purposes.

I bought a standard grade product, but it is defective.
Please take detailed photos in good lighting to show me what is wrong, and contact me so I can see what I can do.
